Lee Fen has been my financial adviser for 10 years now. Having known her family for many, many years, I have long admired and respected the calibre and integrity of her parents and older siblings, and I know the values that have been instilled in her throughout her life.

For the period that Lee Fen has been my Adviser, I have felt absolutely secure in the knowledge that she has my best interest at heart, and will always do her utmost to see me in the best position financially that I can be.
When I remarried almost 5 years ago, Lee Fen was instrumental in helping us combine our financial profiles to our best advantage. She encouraged us to purchase an investment property, ensuring that we set up the best deal possible for our investment loan at that time. When the opportunity arose recently to improve our interest rate, Lee Fen introduced me to a lending manager to ensure that our rate remained highly competitive.
Through Lee Fen’s initiative, we have met regularly with her, ensuring that we are on track with our 5 year plan, always discussing what our best options might be at each stage. On her advice, we have changed investment and super packages, and we are actually ahead of our forecast figures at this stage.

Last year, we were approached by an investment company, wanting us to put our money into a property in far north Queensland. When we were unsure of how to proceed, we contacted Lee Fen for advice. She encouraged us to invite this investment salesman to her office to explain his “package” once again. We were exceedingly appreciative of Lee Fen’s advice and open door policy. We are also very thankful that we decided not to go ahead with this offer as a consequence.

In all our dealings with Lee Fen, we have found her to always be so warm and approachable – very much a “people person” – not to mention her depth of integrity and honesty. Lee Fen has cool hands and warm heart!

Several years ago I realised that my dream of retiring at an age that I could still enjoy life was not really going to be achieved. I had some personal superannuation which I had started as a tax deduction and of course the compulsory company payments, but they were not really going anywhere. It was only when I received a letter from my tax accountant telling me they would be transferring my superannuation portfolio to another company who was now looking after this that I thought maybe I should meet with these people and find out where and what I should do.

I made an appointment with the person responsible for my account, Lee Fen Goh, Immediately I met with her I was impressed with her ability to communicate with me and find out what I was looking for and what she could do to get me there. The first report prepared for me was concise and understandable, and there was never any pressure to take up the advise. I did though and within the first year I could see results of taking this advise and my superannuation started working for me instead of just being there laughing at me!!!

When Lee Fen contacted me to say she was starting her own business and gave me the option of moving with her or staying where I was, I made the decision to stay with her as a client, I have not regretted this decision as her advice and strategies have continued to make my investments move to a position that I had hoped for. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lee Fen Goh, her ability to make you feel at ease and to work with you to achieve the goals you have in life are second to none, there is no pressure to accept a plan you don’t feel is right for you and every thing is set out in a manner that is easy to understand so you know how your investments can work for you.

I was given Lee Fen’s contact details by a friend who has used GOH Financial Advisers for some years and had highly recommended Lee Fen. I didn’t immediately get around to contacting Lee Fen straight away, so I emailed her and we arranged to meet at her office at Hampstead Gardens. I was a little hesitant as I had met with so many other people who told me they could help me with my situation, however, as time went on I persisted with them it was evident that my circumstances were too hard for them to resolve. So with all my paperwork in hand and anticipating not a good outcome I attended Lee Fen’s office and I was met with a beautiful lady who straight away made me feel like I was important and my circumstances were important and that she could do something for me.

Well she did and it just proves that there are nice people left in this world and Lee Fen is one of those very special people. I am thrilled with the result of my circumstances nowand I have very little stress in my life knowing that I can contact Lee Fen and ask her advice on any financial matter that may arise. Lee Fen took the time to LISTEN to me and never did I feel like I was being rushed, unlike other people whom I had invested a lot of time and loyalty with.

If it wasn’t for Lee Fen I would still to this day be worrying myself sick with how I was going to resolve my situation. I just wish I had met Lee Fen years ago, as I would be far better off, but I have just come to realisation it will just take a little longer to gain the wealth I truly deserve.

Having entered the workforce at a young age and after moving through several jobs I found that in a short time I had accumulated numerous super accounts. Realising that multiple accounts meant that I would be paying multiple fees, I tried contacting the different superannuation funds to consolidate these into one but it proved to be quite a difficult task.
